About the Role Montblanc Richemont seeks a dedicated Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa) / HSE Manager (m/w/d) to drive occupational safety, health and environment management from our Hamburg HQ. You’ll actively shape standards, collaborate with Head of Facility Services & HSSE and multiple departments, and help create a safe, future-oriented work environment.
What You'll Do
- Assume the role of a designated Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa) under ASiG.
- Continuously develop our Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsmanagement.
- Plan and accompany AMS- and BG-audits as well as internal and external site visits.
- Advise departments on risk assessments, machine approvals and ergonomic questions.
- Own hazard materials management and support topics around occupational safety, health and fire protection.
- Coordinate organizational HSE topics, including PPE, external service providers, fire protection and disposal.
- Serve as the central contact for HSE topics, working closely with the Head of Facility Services & HSSE.
What We're Looking For
- Completed technical education with further qualification as Technician or Meister, or a degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Qualification as Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa).
- Several years of professional experience in safety/HSE.
- Very good German and good English skills.
- Structured, autonomous working style with strong communication and advisory skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AMS or BG audits.
- Qualification as a fire safety officer or willingness to obtain one with our support.
- Experience in environmental management or interest in shaping this area.
