• Provide patient care and participate in the radiotherapy oncology team as a Fachärzt*in (specialist) or in training.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Take on leadership or coordination responsibilities in nursing or department operations (e.g., Stationsleitung Pflege, Fachbereichkoordinator*in Pflege in der 1. Medizinischen Abteilung Station D17).
• Support care planning and implementation across units such as palliation, neurology & rehabilitation, rheumatology & osteopathy, oncology, and surgical wards as applicable.
• Contribute to clinical development, documentation, and administrative tasks related to department operations. What We're Looking For
• Medical doctors with specialization or current training in radiotherapy oncology (Fachärztin für Radioonkologie) or Ärztin in Ausbildung zumr Fachärztin für Radioonkologie.
• Qualified nurses (DGKP) and Diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege professionals for specialized units (Palliativstation, Neurology, Rheumatology/Osteopathy, Onkologie, Chirurgische Station, integratives Wochenbett).
• Leadership, coordination, and teamwork skills; ability to work in fast-paced hospital environments.
• Willingness to work in full-time or part-time roles depending on the position. Nice to Have
• Experience in oncology, palliative care, neurology, or associated departments.
