- Curtain Wall Project Manager
Work Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi, UAE (based at project sites)
Position Overview
Responsible for the full lifecycle management of windows, doors and curtain wall projects in the UAE, from contract handover through completion and final handover. Coordinate programme, quality, cost, safety and team management, and liaise with main contractors, consultants, clients and suppliers to ensure compliant contract performance and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full project lifecycle, including contract handover, shop drawing development, material procurement, factory production, cross-border transportation, site installation, completion inspection, handover and maintenance.

- Prepare master construction programmes, monthly plans and weekly plans; monitor deviations and make adjustments. Manage site engineers, supervisors, foremen and installation teams, coordinating staffing and task execution.

- Review shop drawings, material submittals and method statements. Follow up material approvals, MIR/WIR, incoming-material inspections and performance tests. Track RFIs and responses, close out NCRs, and manage snag-list rectification to support successful acceptance.

- Take overall responsibility for site HSE management. Implement UAE municipal requirements, applicable OSHA occupational safety standards and client requirements; manage safety risks and maintain good site practices.
