Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks in full compliance with established SOPs and manufacturing requirements.

• Review and accurately classify SEM data to ensure proper disposition and binning.

• Monitor and maintain RDA Cycle Time (CT) and Hold Ratio within operational targets while ensuring effective management of critical lots.

• Create, maintain, and update ADC recipes to support production operations.

• Execute WIP (Work-In-Process) control strategies to improve wafer movement and manufacturing efficiency.

• Continuously enhance WIP management practices through collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering (ME), RDA, and production teams.

• Follow up on WIP-related passdown items and ensure timely execution of action plans.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate, communicate, and resolve production events.

• Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to all safety, environmental, quality, and compliance requirements.

• Maintain a safe workplace by promptly identifying and reporting potential hazards.

• Support EHS and 6S initiatives and contribute to a strong safety culture.

• Submit at least one 6S-related Good Catch through the Global EHS Good Catch system.

• Work Schedule

• 12-hour rotating shift schedule: Day Shift: 07:30 - 19:30 Night Shift: 19:30 - 07:30

• 2 days on / 2 days off rotation.

• Day and night shifts rotate approximately every 3-4 months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or above.

• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

• Basic English reading and writing skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willing to work in a semiconductor FAB environment, including cleanroom areas.

• Willing to wear cleanroom attire and support rotating shift schedules.

• Use AI-powered and digital tools to support daily operational tasks, data review, and manufacturing decision-making.

• Demonstrate openness to learning and adopting AI-enabled technologies to enhance productivity and continuous improvement.
