Overview
As the F&B Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests planning their dining experience. You will handle reservations with accuracy, warmth, and the distinctive SLS personality, work closely with F&B teams, and help ensure guests arrive feeling welcomed and expected.
Responsibilities
- Handle restaurant reservations through phone, email, and designated reservation systems in a professional and timely manner.
- Respond to guest enquiries and provide accurate information about dining venues, menus, operating hours, promotions, and available experiences.
- Manage new reservations, amendments, cancellations, and special requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate reservation records, guest profiles, preferences, and relevant notes to support personalized service.
- Communicate clearly with guests and confirm reservation details to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Coordinate closely with restaurant and F&B teams regarding reservations, special occasions, and guest preferences.
