Job Summary
We’re searching for a dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to lead a diverse, high-volume F&B operation within a premier luxury wellness and hospitality destination. This is not your typical F&B leadership role—you’ll oversee multiple unique concepts under one roof, from health-conscious dining and fresh culinary offerings to elevated beverage experiences and upscale social spaces. We’re looking for a hands-on, people-first leader who knows how to build great teams, drive revenue and profitability, and create memorable guest experiences while bringing fresh ideas and energy to the operation.
F&B Director Benefits/Compensation:
- Salary: $75,000 – $80,000

F&B Director Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2 years of management experience, plus 5 years in the industry (bartending, server, etc.)
- Strong background in beverage operations, inventory control, and vendor relations
- Expertise in cocktail and mocktail menu development
- Ability to monitor cost control and purchasing strategies
- TIPs and Serv Safe Certification required
- Must be able to manage a team of 30-40 staff members
