About the Role The F-35 Simulator Pilot, Red Support position at Nellis AFB provides critical adversary training support through high-fidelity simulator operations and red-team exercises. The role helps prepare aircrew for real-world missions by delivering realistic training scenarios. What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor F-35 simulator systems to run mission-specific training scenarios.
- Support red-team activities, including scenario development, execution, and debrief data collection.
- Coordinate with instructors, aircrew, and mission planners to ensure training objectives are met.
- Maintain simulator readiness, safety, and data integrity for effective debriefs. What We're Looking For
