About the Role EY Consulting is seeking a PLSQL Technical Consultant to join the leadership group of our Consulting Team. This role provides Oracle application development/support using Advanced PL/SQL and is instrumental in growing a new service offering while collaborating with senior leaders. What You'll Do
- Support client needs in Oracle application development/support using Advanced PL/SQL
- Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and be ready to learn new technologies for client requirements
- Demonstrate working knowledge of a source code control system
- Interact with senior leaders, understand their business goals, and contribute to the delivery of workstreams What We're Looking For
- SQL concepts including Group By, Joins, Surrogate Keys, Constraints, Datatypes, and Indexes
- Experience designing and developing Oracle objects such as PL/SQL Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views, and Collections; and implementing exception handling
- Experience with SQL queries (Scalar subqueries, inline views, outer joins, hints, and analytic functions)
- Experience in creating PL/SQL Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views, Collections, and Exception handling for retrieving, manipulating, checking and migrating complex datasets
- Working knowledge of a source code control system
