As a member on the EY M&A advisory team, the candidate will be accountable for the execution of various advisory services including but not limited to company/industry research, project finance advisory, and capital strategy advisory for M&A transactions and projects across various sectors.

Job Description

1. Conduct research on companies and industry relevant to projects
2. Gather market intelligence on sectors of interest such as advanced manufacturing, TMT, and consumer & health
3. Develop and assess business cases for M&A transactions
4. Interact and communicate with corporate clients, financial institutions, and other project stakeholders
5. Be active in sharing knowledge, building networks, and support business development

Job Conditions

1. Bachelor or above
2. Proficient in finance, financial statement analysis, capital markets, financial modelling and accounting; sensitive with numbers
3. Ambitious to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented team with steep learning curve and strong commitment to coaching and development
4. Active participation and willingness to go an extra mile for clients
