About this role
Job description
- Execute financial due diligence as a project team member. The responsibility mainly includes: (1) Conduct data cleaning and discrepancy closing; (2) Analyze the financials of the Target; (3) Identify potential risks, conclude findings and implications (4) Perform limited market research, and; (5) Draft due diligence report;
- Other project related assistance, such as pitch material preparation
Job Conditions
- University graduates with a minimum of 2-4 years of professional audit experience in Big 4, preferably with previous due diligence exposure
- Strong analytical, presentation and report writing skills
- Able to identify business opportunities and contribute to the Firms practice through proactive interactions with clients senior management
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Frequent Travel is required
