JOB DETAILS

Pay: 21.50 - 22.50 + 1.50 shift differential

Night Shift: 6PM - 6:30AM Rotating shift

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Extrusion Operators visually inspects extruded product for consistent appearance and length according to defined standards.

• Associate ensures product consistency and standards including but not limited to proper counts, packing patterns, and labels
• Associate maintains paperwork as required
• Performs online quality inspections
• Operates packaging equipment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to read a tape measure

• Related machine operation experience

• Be able to stand and work on your feet for 12-hour shifts, and bend and lift

• Basic Math skills

• Ability to read English and quality test product

• Must be able to read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch

• Must be able to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment to meet goals and quality standards

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Ability to understand and follow safety polices

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

• No experience required. Manufacturing and Extrusion experience highly preferred

• Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week. Union programs may vary depending on the collective bargaining agreement.

• The US base pay range for this full-time position is 20.50 to 21.50 per hour plus medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 plus 401k and PTO. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
