External Communications Content Specialist (Tax & Legal)

About the Role

EY Polska External Communications team develops expert tax and legal content to support market relations and sales. You will coordinate the content creation and approval process from idea to publication, collaborate with tax and legal experts, and ensure consistency of messaging across formats. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge EY tools and a hybrid work setup in Poland. What You'll Do

• Coordinate the process of creating and approving content—from concept through development to publication—in cooperation with business lines and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with tax and legal subject-matter experts.

• Edit and co-create expert content in various formats (articles, alerts, reports, website content, newsletters).

• Ensure consistency of communication (tone, structure, alignment with objectives).

• Plan and organize work on content (schedules, priorities, statuses).

• Support activities promoting content.

• Analyze content performance and recommend improvements.

• Monitor changes in tax/legal regulations and market developments.

• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Copilot and EY.ai EYQ, along with other EY solutions. What We're Looking For

• Experience in editing and developing expert content (bonus for tax/law or regulatory topics).

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience with content in editorial, content, or marketing roles.

• Ability to manage the content creation process and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

• Very strong editorial skills — ability to simplify and structure complex content.

• Experience with various content formats (articles, reports, website content, sales materials).

• Ability to build relationships with experts and business teams.

• Self-driven, well-organized, and detail-oriented.

• Knowledge of basic SEO and working with digital content is a plus. Nice to Have

• Additional SEO expertise and familiarity with digital content strategies.
