About the Role Gordie Boucher Ford of Thiensville is looking to hire an Express Service Advisor. This role supports diagnosing automotive problems and coordinating service to help customers get their vehicles back on the road quickly. What You'll Do
- Determine automotive problems and services by listening to customer's descriptions of symptoms
- Clarify problem descriptions and conduct inspections; take test drives as needed
- Check vehicle maintenance records and examine service schedules
- Prepare repair orders and obtain approvals
- Enter work orders into the service database (CDK experience preferred)
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with customers and technicians What We're Looking For
- Ability to diagnose vehicle issues and determine appropriate services
- Experience in a dealership environment
- Proficiency with service databases and documenting work orders
- Clean driving record and ability to pass drug test
- Familiarity with CDK is a plus Nice to Have
- CDK experience
- Previous Express Service Advisor experience in a dealership
