Export Operations Specialist

Mission

As a member of the Supply & Deliver Europe Logistic Operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating transport execution and monitoring the export performance of BIC shipments from France to various international destinations (Americas, Africa, Middle East, Asia, Pacific) and to provide support to Import team during back up seasons. You will also ensure that BIC fully complies with customs regulations for all export and import flows.

Responsibilities

• 1. Customs Compliance

• Support customs import/export operations and best practices.

• 2. Export Operations

• Coordinate on time loadings and deliveries with freight forwarder, warehouses and production sites

• Coordinate transportation between production sites, warehouses, forwarders, customs brokers, and destinations.

• Prepare and manage all transport and customs documentation.

• Monitor KPIs including volumes, costs, lead times, quality, and claims.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Data quality maintenance in the system

Qualifications

• 3+ years of international transport or customs administration experience.
• Strong customs expertise in export/import operations, customs regimes, free trade agreements, customs clearance, regulations, and AEO certification.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook and advanced Excel (analysis, dashboards, pivot tables).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous.
• Fluent in English, fluency in French will be consider an advantage
