Export Merchandiser / Export Back-end Co-ordinator Job Title: Export Merchandiser / Export Co-ordinator Department: Export / Merchandising (Back-end operations) Experience: 2 – 5 Years Location: Pathredi, Bhiwadi Alwar, Rajasthan, India. (On-Site) Industry: Export / Manufacturing – Hard Plastic Toys / Ride-Ons / Ceramic / Melamine. Working Days: 6 (Monday to Saturday).

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Export Merchandiser / Export Co-ordinator to manage customer coordination and day-to-day execution of export orders. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with international buyers and internal teams including Design, Production, Quality, Packaging, Logistics and Accounts to ensure smooth and timely order execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day communication with international customers and buyers.

• Manage export orders from PO receipt to shipment.

• Review customer POs, specifications, pricing, quantities, delivery schedules and special requirements.

• Co-ordinate with the design/artwork team for artwork, specifications, packaging and labelling approvals.

• Follow up on samples, PP samples, artwork approvals and customer approvals.

• Co-ordinate with production to ensure orders are executed as per approved specifications and timelines.

• Monitor production status and proactively highlight any delays or potential issues.

• Co-ordinate with QA/QC for inspections, quality requirements and customer-specific standards.

• Co-ordinate with packaging teams for carton markings, packing specifications, labels and packaging approvals.

• Co-ordinate with logistics teams for container planning, booking, dispatch and shipment schedules.

• Prepare and co-ordinate export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instructions, Bill of Lading and Certificate of Origin.

• Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.

• Co-ordinate with Accounts/Finance regarding payment status, outstanding amounts and commercial documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of POs, order status, approvals, shipment schedules and customer correspondence.

• Prepare weekly/monthly order status and shipment reports.

• Resolve customer queries by co-ordinating with the relevant internal departments.

• Ensure timely communication of changes in specifications, quantities, delivery dates and other customer requirements.

• Support the Export/Business Development team in maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; preferably Export Management, International Business, Commerce or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in Export Merchandising / Export Co-ordination / Export Backend.

• Experience with international buyers and export-oriented manufacturing companies preferred.

• Experience in Hard Plastic Toys, Ride-On’s, Melamine, Ceramics, Kitchenware, Homeware, Tableware or Consumer Products will be an added advantage.

• Good knowledge of export documentation and shipment processes.

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

• Excellent written and spoken English. Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and ERP systems.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.

• Good co-ordination, problem-solving and time-management skills.
