Export Documentation Representative
Job Summary/ Key Responsibilities:
- Manages all Bill of Lading Amendments according to customer’s request and in compliance with export/import regulations. Provides necessary information to customers regarding the amendment requests and communicates with our overseas agents to assure all Bill of Ladings are corrected timely, accurately, and with minimal impact on the customer’s operations.
- Communicates clearly with team members regarding workload, customer particulars, and problems.
- Manage bills of lading amendments according to customer’s requests timely with little to no errors generated.
- Ensure compliance with domestic and foreign export regulations.
- Provides revised Bill of Lading to customers for their review.
