Taxaide Global Logistics Limited (TGL) is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Export Associate to manage end-to-end export operations across West Africa and international markets. This is a full-time role based in Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. The position offers a gross salary of ₦500,000 to ₦600,000 plus a performance bonus.

A professional with strong expertise in export documentation, freight forwarding, customs processes, and cross-border logistics who can coordinate and optimize export activities from initiation to delivery across West Africa and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end export operations across West Africa and international markets
- Prepare and process export documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate freight forwarding activities and select optimal shipping solutions
- Navigate customs processes and regulatory requirements to ensure timely clearance
- Oversee cross-border logistics operations and align them with customer and regulatory expectations
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of export shipments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–6 years’ experience in export operations, shipping, freight forwarding, or international logistics
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian export regulations, NCS procedures, NEPC requirements, and ECOWAS trade frameworks
- Experience handling West African road and sea export corridors
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
