Expo Duties

Effectively communicate order information between the kitchen and service staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and table assignments to facilitate smooth operations.

Assist servers and bartenders with food delivery to optimize service times.

Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting fellow employees.
Expo Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.

Valid state-issued food safety and handling certification.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
