What You'll Do
- Manage IT service providers in the area of infrastructure and technology security.
- Implement and manage ITIL best practices in managed services.
- Define, improve and implement operational and tactical KPIs.
- Documentation and measurement of processes, including compliance with controls.
- Manage and measure incident and problem management processes of contracted providers.
- Define, improve and implement the reactive and preventive management model for service providers.
- Lead activities to identify efficiency opportunities. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Systems, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- ITIL certifications (essential).
- 4+ years of experience in similar roles.
- PMP certification desirable.
- Power BI - Advanced.
- Power Point - Advanced (high-impact presentations).
- Excel - Intermediate.
