About the Role Contributes to the overall success of the Robotics & Smart Automation unit in Peru/Operations and Technology, ensuring that the unit's objectives, plans and individual initiatives are carried out or achieved in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies and procedures. What You'll Do
- Promote a client-centered culture to deepen client relationships and leverage the Bank's broad relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Identify optimization opportunities for the Group's key platforms to generate improvements and efficiency.
- Ensure activities comply with internal norms, processes and policies. What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's or accredited degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics/IT, Computing or related fields.
- Experience: At least 3 years leading technology tool implementation projects, continuous improvement and process optimization; 3 years as a Software Developer.
- Knowledge: Development on Power Platform or Camunda or other BPMS (Advanced); UiPath development (Desirable).
- Additional tech: Experience with AI development and AI applications; Python and Generative AI; .NET, Visual Studio, BPM, SQL Server and/or Pega Robotics; Advanced Microsoft Office; MS Project and Visio (Advanced).
- Project management, knowledge of regulations, operational and commercial processes, and negotiation techniques.
- Language: English (Advanced). Nice to Have
- Desirable experience developing on UiPath; knowledge of AI technologies; experience with cloud or enterprise automation platforms (if mentioned in posting). Compensation & Benefits
