About the Role We are looking for a process consultant to analyze, design, and implement divisional business requirements within SAP environments. The role involves participating in global projects and cross-module support, and helping to define and streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will work with key users and department heads to gather requirements, perform SAP configuration changes through change management processes, and document business processes and system updates.
Responsibilities also include conducting functional testing, supporting user acceptance testing, and developing and delivering training materials. Additionally, the role requires maintaining SAP documentation, preparing status reports for management, and providing first-, second-, and third-level support for SAP-related issues. Occasional travel may be required. What You'll Do
- Gather requirements from key users and department heads to define SAP MM & WM related processes and translate them into configuration changes and documentation.
- Perform SAP configuration changes through change management processes and document system updates.
- Conduct functional testing, support user acceptance testing, and develop/deliver training materials.
- Maintain SAP documentation, prepare status reports for management, and provide first-, second-, and third-level support for SAP-related issues. Occasional travel may be required. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of SAP Analyst experience with MM & WM modules, with proven S/4HANA implementation and rollout experience.
- Experience leading mid-size SAP projects.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (B2 level minimum).
- SCM and supply chain process knowledge; SAP configuration and troubleshooting expertise. Compensation & Benefits
