You will be part of a global Cybersecurity team focused on ensuring trust, automation, and access security for thousands of employees worldwide.
Your Mission in the Role
You will be a key player in engineering and optimizing our SailPoint platform by programming custom rules, connectors, and workflows in Java. Additionally, you will integrate Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and drive automated access rights provisioning.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance the Identity and Access Management solution (IAM/SailPoint), including connector configurations, custom Java rules, and workflows.

Design and integrate Privileged Access Management solutions (PAM such as CyberArk, Safeguard) and Single Sign-On (SSO / MFA) protocols.

Plan and execute application onboarding and integration into the identity ecosystem.

Perform analytical role mining and entitlement analysis to ensure Segregation of Duties (SoD).

Support dynamic infrastructure as code, leveraging DevOps methodologies and Cloud technologies (Git, Jenkins, CloudFormation, etc.).

Must-Have Requirements
-
Education: University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
Technical Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Workforce IAM, performing architecture, implementation, and maintenance of IGA solutions, specifically with SailPoint (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow).

Languages: English level B2 or higher (capable of holding technical and business conversations with global teams).
