About this role
Babel seeks an Expert Testeur Technico-Fonctionnel to define and implement the testing strategy across unit, integration, performance, load and security testing for the bank's information system. You will design, build and deploy an automated testing platform, collaborate with business and development teams, and ensure smooth production releases with integrated tooling.
What You'll Do
- Define and implement the testing strategy covering unit, integration, performance, load, and security testing.
- Design, implement and deploy an automated testing platform adapted to the bank's SI.
- Write and execute test plans, scenarios and cases in collaboration with business and development teams.
- Ensure test automation using specialized tools.
- Supervise production release of the testing solution and ensure integration with existing development and operations tools.
- Train internal teams and ensure handover, documenting processes and transferring skills to the bank's teams.
- Identify, track and analyse anomalies and non-conformities, proposing corrective actions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to guarantee quality and reliability of produced applications.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of expertise in testing and test automation.
- Mastery of test management and automation tools (Selenium, TestComplete, Cucumber, JUnit…).
- Experience in performance and load testing (JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner).
- Knowledge of Agile, DevOps and CI/CD methodologies.
- Strong understanding of application architectures and APIs (REST, SOAP).
- Ability to document and formalize test results with rigour.
- ISTQB certification required.
