Join Siemens Energy and help deliver substation automation solutions that support the expansion and modernization of power grids worldwide. In this role, you will work on high-voltage and medium-voltage projects, contributing to the design, configuration, and testing of control and communication systems. Collaboration with customers, suppliers, and project teams will be an important part of your day as you help ensure reliable and efficient energy infrastructure.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support the design and implementation of substation automation and control solutions for high-voltage and medium-voltage projects.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and project teams to develop communication architectures and automation concepts that meet project requirements.
• Configure, test, and optimize HMI/SCADA applications using industry-standard tools to ensure reliable and efficient system performance.
• Prepare engineering documentation, including functional specifications, test procedures, and technical reports, throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to testing and commissioning activities while helping ensure compliance with customer expectations, quality standards, and technical requirements.

What You Bring

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the design and engineering of HMI/SCADA or substation automation systems within the energy transmission and distribution sector.
• Hands-on experience with substation control systems, communication protocols, industrial networks, and automation technologies.
• An understanding of testing, commissioning, and technical documentation within electrical infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English, enabling you to collaborate effectively with international customers.
