About this role

Job title: Expert Services Consultant (TPM/Lean)

About the Role You will lead delivery of customized improvement projects for customers within Tetra Pak's Expert Services, driving performance improvement and contributing to the Technical Service sales target. You will manage project scope, lead delivery teams, and work with stakeholders from board level to shopfloor to quantify and realize operational and financial benefits.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the implementation of Consulting projects and ensure compliance with Expert Services methodologies.
  • Analyze customer operational losses and implement performance improvements.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and delivery teams; ensure quality and value delivery.
  • Sell Expert Services projects and support sales on non-Expert Services solutions.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders (board level to factory level) and work on shopfloor to develop organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop, present, and sell customized solutions using quantified opportunity analyses.
  • Deliver the solution to the customer while managing stakeholders.
  • Provide customer training and coaching; deliver customer insights and quantify deliverable value for Key Account teams.
  • Support development of new Expert Service content and methodologies.
  • Travel up to 75% within Greater China.

What We're Looking For

  • University graduate or above in Engineering or Management Science.
  • More than 8 years experience in TPM/WCM/Lean Manufacturing with demonstrated operational improvement and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Detailed knowledge of TPM in FMCG manufacturing; experience implementing TPM programs including organization, pillar setup, methodologies, TPM Award, cost allocation, auditing; knowledge of other CI methods.
  • Strong relationships with Board-level customer contacts and ability to develop people in multi-cultural teams without formal authority; TPM instructor by JiPM or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English; strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and similar.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; positive service mindset and customer focus.
  • Active, energetic and willing to travel frequently (up to 75%) within Greater China.

Nice to Have

  • JiPM certification or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; experience as TPM instructor is a plus.
