What are your main tasks?

Responsible for overseeing and optimizing human resources processes within the organization as baseline for digitalization. Focusing on improving HR processes through digital solutions. Working closely with HR teams, IT departments, and other stakeholders to integrate process improvements. Overseeing the implementation of new processes, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the HR process map including their documentation (process maps, workflows and standard procedures). Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing current HR processes and identifying areas for improvement in collaboration with Process Owners. Facilitate workshops, trainings to educate staff on new processes and improvements. Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external HR audits. Ensure audit trails and process transparency across HR systems. Support audit-related inquiries and coordinate responses with relevant stakeholders. Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators for HR processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure KPI relevance and alignment with business goals. Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to improve service quality and efficiency. Ensure HR data handling complies with GDPR and internal data protection policies. Support audits and risk assessments related to HR data processing. Act as a point of contact for data privacy topics within HR operations. Collaborate closely with Group IT and Digitalization teams to identify and implement technological solutions that automate and enhance HR business processes. Support stakeholder communication and training related to system and process updates.

What are your qualifications?

Experience in HR operations, process coordination, or GBS environments. Exposure to audit processes and compliance topics in an HR context. Solid understanding of HRIS systems. Familiarity with process documentation tools. Experience in preparing and supporting internal/external audits. Experience with reporting tools. Excellent skills in English language. Excellent skills in MS-Office.
