Job title: Expert Financial Controller
About the Role The Expert Financial Controller is responsible for project performance measurement and profitability analysis across RFQ to end of production, acting as the business partner for accounts and project managers to ensure accurate P&L consolidation and budgeting.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for project performance measurement from RFQ to EOP and for quote, development, and series project calculations.
- Collect and challenge input from involved functions and interfaces to ensure data quality.
- Advise project managers on changes and risks; analyse project profitability and report provisions for imminent losses.
- Partner with accounts and project managers; consolidate project P&Ls to account P&Ls.
- Support project managers in margin booster activities; act as the controlling hub of accounts to all other functions.
- Interface to accounting and to functional controlling, especially for project-based budgeting.
- Maintain project controlling infrastructure; standard calculation parameters, develop methods, and tools.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: minimum 3 years in financial controlling.
- Education Level: University Degree.
- Language: Excellent English communication level (C1).
