Your technical skills matter, and so does the care you provide to every patient. At Paz Veterinary North, you’ll play an important role in supporting our veterinarians, helping appointments and procedures run smoothly, and creating a positive experience for pets and their people.
In this role, you will:
- Assist veterinarians with examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and medical procedures.
- Perform venipuncture, intravenous catheter placement, radiographs, and in-house laboratory testing.
- Monitor patients under anesthesia and support safe, effective patient care.
- Use Fear Free handling techniques to help reduce stress and anxiety during veterinary visits.
- Educate clients about medications, treatment plans, and preventive healthcare.
- Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation.
- Help keep the hospital clean, organized, and running efficiently.
