About this role
Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
Company Description Are you an experienced veterinary receptionist who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a team that cares deeply about animals? Homestead Veterinary Hospital is looking for a compassionate, team-oriented veterinary receptionist who brings strong communication skills, a calm approach, and a passion for outstanding client service.
Our six-doctor practice cares for a diverse caseload of approximately 70% equine, 25% small animal, and 5% small ruminant patients. From beloved backyard companions to high-level performance horses, we support a wide range of veterinary needs, including equine sports medicine. While much of our work is ambulatory, we also have a 10,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art hospital equipped with indoor stocks and four stalls, including dedicated mare/foal and isolation spaces.
As a veterinary receptionist, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for clients and helping our veterinary team keep each day running smoothly. If you enjoy connecting with people, managing multiple priorities, and making a difference for pets, horses, and their owners, we’d love to hear from you!
