ValueMart - Experienced Supermarket Supervisor
- Oversee daily operations and ensure all sections run smoothly.
- Supervise staff, assign duties, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor customer service standards and resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper product display.
- Track stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Support cashier oversight, shift handover, and cash control checks.
- Ensure staff punctuality, discipline, and performance.
- Report daily activities and issues to management.
- Drive sales, reduce waste, and maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in any field.
- 2–5 years proven experience as a Supervisor in a supermarket, retail, fast-food, or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of customer service standards.
- Integrity, discipline, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must live within or close toAbule-Egba / Agege / Iyana-Ipaja / Alimosho / Alakuko.
