About the Role Experienced RDA - EF2 at Forest Ridge Dental Health & Wellness in Cameron Park, CA. The role involves taking impressions, fabricating temporaries, placing restorations, and supporting digital workflows and clear aligner therapy as part of our modern dental practice. What You'll Do
- Taking final impressions
- Fabricating high-quality temporary crowns and bridges
- Packing retraction cord
- Digital scanning and participation in digital workflows
- Placing composite restorations
- Adjusting temporary crowns and bridges
- Placing and removing clear aligner attachments
- Working independently without a second assistant
- Collaborating with the team What We're Looking For
- Current California RDAEF2 license and CPR certification
- 2+ years of RDAEF2 experience
- Proficiency with digital scanning and modern dental workflows
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, team-oriented, drama-free, long-term mindset with patient-centered care
- Ability to work efficiently and independently Nice to Have
- Implant experience
- Experience with clear aligner therapy
- Experience with digital workflows and modern dental technology Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $40-$50 per hour
