Job Summary

Take the lead in a transformative phase of a major industrial player as we navigate the complexities of public listing. As an Experienced Company Secretary, you will be the primary architect of our IPO process and the guardian of our SEBI compliance framework. This is a high-visibility role for a strategic professional who thrives at the intersection of corporate law and capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the end-to-end IPO process, including drafting prospectuses and managing regulatory approvals.

• Analyze SEBI (LODR) and ICDR regulations to ensure total organizational alignment.

• Liaise with merchant bankers, legal counsels, and stock exchanges for listing requirements.

• Direct all board meetings, including agenda preparation and meticulous minutes documentation.

• Manage the timely disclosure of price-sensitive information to stock exchanges.

• Ensure strict adherence to insider trading regulations and corporate governance norms.

• Oversee the maintenance of all statutory and non-statutory registers.

• Advise the Board of Directors on their legal responsibilities and changing regulatory landscapes.

• Required Skills & Qualifications Must-haves:

• Qualified Company Secretary (ACS/FCS) with 5–8 years of post-qualification experience.

• Prior experience handling an IPO process or working with an NSE/BSE listed company.

• Expert-level knowledge of SEBI regulations and Companies Act, 2013. Preferred:

• LLB degree is highly advantageous.

• Experience in the manufacturing or steel industry.

• Stipend & Salary

• Annual CTC: Up to ₹20,00,000 per annum (Based on experience).
