The Opportunity: Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for an Expeditor at Quattro Restaurant.
Essential function of the job:
- Assist in timing and organizing food orders at the kitchen line
- Assist in food running/serving
- Ensure accuracy of orders with strong attention to details, allergies, and special requests
- Effectively communicate with Servers
- Assist the Server in clearing and resetting the tables according to the restaurant standards
- Perform side work such as polishing silverware, refilling the condiment containers and crumbing the tables as needed
- Other duties as assigned
