About this role
WAS DICH ERWARTET
- Unterstützung des Produktmanagements im Tagesgeschäft sowie die touristische Entwicklung der Expeditionsreisen der Hapag-Lloyd Cruises-Flotte
- Überwachung der Umsetzung der Prozessabläufe und Qualitätsstandards an Bord der Schiffe durch interne und externe Dienstleister/Schnittstellen mit Schwerpunkt auf den Bereichen Food & Beverage und Hotel Operations
- Planung und (Weiter-)Entwicklung neuer On-Board-Konzepte sowie deren Umsetzung, auch in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Corporate-Abteilungen innerhalb von TUI Cruises
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Commercial-Bereich (u.a. Sales, Marketing, Revenue & Yield Management) bei der reisespezifischen Auslastungssteuerung der Flotte
- Unterstützung und Einleitung von Marketing- & Sales-Maßnahmen in enger Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen
