Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Expatriate Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a strong background in finance, operations, and commodities to oversee business operations and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate should have solid experience with global commodities, agricultural commodities, and financial modelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficient execution of company objectives.
- Develop and manage financial models, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Drive operational efficiency, profitability, and business growth.
- Manage agricultural commodity sourcing, trading, and related operations.
- Monitor global commodity markets and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop strategies for the effective management of agricultural commodities.
- Provide strategic leadership and work closely with senior management.
- Monitor operational and financial performance and implement improvement strategies.
Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance, operations, commodities, or related industries.
- Strong experience in financial modelling and business analysis.
- Proven knowledge of global commodities and agro-commodities.
- Hands-on experience managing agricultural commodity operations.
- Strong leadership, analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international business environment.
