Job title: Expat Inventory Control & Warehouse Management Specialist (Craiova, Romania)
About the Role After 6 months training period at a German site, you'll be relocated to Craiova (Romania) as an Expat and be responsible for setting up inventory control and storage management of the warehouse in a startup field. You control urgent goods receipt (material and buy part) - physically and SAP booking. As well, you convert planned orders into necessary orders from suppliers.
You manage and correct booking of inventories, clarify discrepancies and errors, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
You take care of managing purchased items/materials targeting in time / in quality deliveries: manage postponements, coordinate critical delivery situations, process quality notifications, communicate with internal interfaces the supply of material.
You’re responsible for managing recovery activities of urgent/late buy parts and providing it in an expedite process to production. You are trained on data up to October 2023.
