About the Role

Atlassian is seeking an Expansion Account Executive for Mid-market in the DACH region. The role focuses on expanding cloud-first solutions across a portfolio, driving cross-sell and user growth, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes in a quota-carrying sales role.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement named account or territory plans aimed at maximizing expansion opportunities across a broad product portfolio while maintaining strong customer success.

• Nurture existing relationships and grow cloud penetration within the market.

• Collaborate with Channel Partners, Product Specialists, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers to streamline sales processes and improve customer satisfaction.

• Prospect and qualify leads within the mid-market segment; conduct product demonstrations and present the value proposition to potential clients.

• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.

• Travel occasionally to meet clients, attend industry events, conferences, and team gatherings as required.

• What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role.

• Experience in Enterprise software sales, driving transformational deals.

• Track record of growing Enterprise accounts through cross-sell and upsell.

• Customer-centric mindset with ability to align internal account teams.

• Preference for experience in the DACH region.

• Fluent language skills in German and English.
