Exhaust Design - Chassis 2
Mission
- Design and develop automotive exhaust systems and components using CATIA V5.
- Create and modify 3D models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings.
- Develop exhaust routing and packaging considering vehicle architecture and available space.
- Perform DMU, clearance, interference, and accessibility checks.
- Ensure adequate clearance from the engine, transmission, fuel system, brake lines, wiring, body, suspension, and other vehicle systems.
- Support ECR/ECN and engineering change activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers for component development, tooling, manufacturing feasibility, and technical issue resolution.

Profile We are looking for an experienced Automotive Exhaust Design Engineer with hands-on expertise in CATIA V5 for the design and development of exhaust system components and assemblies. The candidate will be responsible for 3D modeling, packaging, routing, detailing, design validation, and coordination with CAE, NVH, manufacturing, testing, and supplier teams.
