Section: Responsibilities
- Lead and accelerate complex infrastructure and real asset transactions from research and development to financial close.
- Oversee rigorous financial modeling, valuations, downside protections, and optimal deal structuring targeting high IRR and robust equity returns.
- Direct multi-disciplinary due diligence workstreams, including financial, legal, technical, and commercial, to ensure zero-surprise execution and strict risk mitigation.
- Coordinate capital-raising processes, build data rooms, and prepare institutional investment memos, pitch decks, and term sheets.
Section: Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive investment experience in Private Equity, M&A, Dealmaking, Project & Structured Finance, or Infrastructure & Real Assets Investments.
- Proven track record of independently managing and closing full transaction cycles in infrastructure and real assets.
- Exceptional technical command of financial modeling, valuation, term sheet preparation, and complex multi-party deal structures.
