Job Description Perch Consults Limited is seeking a polished, detail-oriented, and discreet Executive Steward to serve a prestigious corporate client's head office in Ikoyi, Lagos. This role is central to providing premium food and beverage service to executives, board members, and distinguished guests. While meal preparation is managed by an Executive Chef, your expertise will be in delivering an exceptional service experience. Responsibilities include setting up boardrooms to luxury standards, maintaining pristine tableware and hospitality areas, and upholding stringent hygiene protocols. You will also manage pantry supplies and ensure all service equipment is in order.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality food, beverage, and refreshment service for executive dining, meetings, and corporate events.
Set up boardrooms and dining areas to luxury service standards.
Maintain clean, polished tableware, glassware, and hospitality spaces.
Uphold strict hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Monitor pantry supplies, beverages, serving equipment, and inventory.
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate exceptional professionalism and personal grooming.

Qualifications

4–6 years of relevant experience as a Steward, Butler, or Food and Beverage Server in a 4- or 5-star hotel, luxury corporate office, or fine-dining establishment.
OND, HND, or professional certification in Hospitality, Catering, or Hotel Management.
Excellent communication skills and knowledge of fine-dining service.
Strong attention to detail, discretion, trustworthiness, and emotional intelligence.
Immaculate personal hygiene and grooming.
