Executive Steward
Section: About the Role Perch Consults Limited is seeking a polished, detail-oriented, and discreet Executive Steward for a corporate client’s head office. The role involves providing premium food and beverage service to executives, board members, and high-profile guests. Meal preparation is handled by an existing Executive Chef.
Section: Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality food, beverage, and refreshment service for executive dining, meetings, and corporate events.
- Set up boardrooms and dining areas to luxury service standards.
- Maintain clean, polished tableware, glassware, and hospitality spaces.
- Uphold strict hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Monitor pantry supplies, beverages, serving equipment, and inventory.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate exceptional professionalism and personal grooming.
Section: Requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant experience as a Steward, Butler, or Food and Beverage Server in a 4- or 5-star hotel, luxury corporate office, or fine-dining establishment.
- OND, HND, or professional certification in Hospitality, Catering, or Hotel Management.
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of fine-dining service.
- Strong attention to detail, discretion, trustworthiness, and emotional intelligence.
- Immaculate personal hygiene and grooming.
