About the Role You will help build a specialized, high-impact recruiting function focused on executive and hard-to-fill roles. Serving as an embedded retained search partner, you’ll work directly with the CEO and senior leaders to shape hiring strategy and deliver exceptional outcomes. You may own searches end-to-end or coordinate with external firms, while building long-term talent pipelines. What You'll Do
- Own the company's most important and difficult hiring mandates, from senior leaders to exceptional ICs and first-of-their-kind roles.
- Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to define what exceptional looks like and shape hiring strategy.
- Build market maps, identify overlooked talent pools, and develop differentiated search strategies for every role.
