Join a high-impact Executive Search team responsible for attracting senior leadership talent across the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) in Asia Pacific. This role offers the opportunity to partner with senior business leaders, build relationships with exceptional industry talent, and influence strategic hiring decisions across Investment Banking, Markets, Payments and Securities Services businesses.

As an Executive Search Partner in the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) in Asia Pacific, you will independently lead executive search assignments for senior leadership and revenue-generating positions across CIB. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, delivering executive search expertise, market intelligence and talent insights to support critical hiring decisions.

This role is ideal for an experienced search professional who combines strong execution capabilities with deep market knowledge, commercial acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Independently lead executive search assignments from search strategy through candidate identification, assessment, offer negotiation and onboarding, partnering closely with senior business leaders to deliver successful hiring outcomes across Asia Pacific.
• Identify, engage and attract senior talent across Investment Banking, Markets, Sales, Research, Payments and Securities Services, building long-term relationships with executives and future leadership talent.
• Assess candidates for leadership capability, functional expertise, long-term potential and organizational fit, providing informed recommendations and guiding hiring teams through evaluation and selection decisions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on talent strategy, competitor activity, leadership movements and market trends, delivering talent mapping, market intelligence and strategic insights to support hiring decisions and pipeline development.
• Influence hiring outcomes through objective assessment, commercial judgment and market expertise, translating talent insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Build strong partnerships across business leadership, recruiting, compensation, mobility and HR teams while contributing to initiatives that enhance executive search effectiveness, talent attraction and candidate experience.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in executive search, executive recruitment, financial services talent acquisition or a related advisory environment.
• Proven track record independently leading senior-level search assignments and delivering successful hiring outcomes.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders on talent strategy, executive hiring and market dynamics.
• Strong executive assessment, interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Excellent research and analytical capabilities, with experience translating market intelligence into actionable recommendations.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build credibility with senior executives and business leaders.
• Outstanding communication, relationship management and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Experience producing market maps, competitor intelligence and talent landscape analysis.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative and matrixed environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Experience delivering executive search solutions for leadership hires within Investment Banking, Global Markets, Payments or Securities Services.
• Deep knowledge of financial services leadership talent pools across Asia Pacific.
• Experience within a leading executive search firm, investment bank or in-house executive search function.
• Established network of senior relationships across the financial services industry.
• Experience advising business leaders on competitive talent dynamics, organizational structures and leadership trends.
• Experience partnering closely with Compensation, Mobility and broader Human Resources teams
