We’re looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to join us. You’ll partner with our senior leaders to hire exceptional engineering, product, data and design leaders who will shape the future of Wise. What you’ll do.
- Own and drive executive search strategies for critical leadership roles globally. Advise senior stakeholders on candidate requirements, market dynamics and search strategy. Develop inclusive search strategies to identify and engage exceptional leadership talent. Assess executive talent, identifying leaders who will thrive in Wise’s environment and have a meaningful impact on our business. Partner with senior stakeholders to shape hiring and succession strategies.
