What You'll Do
- Scale platform adoption across enterprise teams by enabling self-service deployments and reducing ticket ops.
- Lead initiatives to reduce overhead and total lead time by implementing Platform Orchestrator to automate app and infra configurations.
- Collaborate with security and compliance to ensure safe, compliant releases.
What We're Looking For
- Experience building or scaling internal developer platforms and leading platform engineering efforts in enterprise environments.
- Strong focus on developer productivity, self-service tooling, and automating release pipelines.
- Understanding of security and compliance requirements.
- Ability to design adaptable golden paths based on developer feedback.
