About the Role Join our international law firm as an Executive Legal Secretary in Berlin. You will support a busy team of lawyers, manage documents and correspondence in German and English, and handle key administrative tasks to keep workflows efficient. What You'll Do

  • Independently support a team of attorneys and act as a competent point of contact for their professional needs.
  • Create, edit, and format documents and handle correspondence in German or English.
  • Take on complex administrative duties such as mandate management, invoicing, expense reimbursement, travel arrangements, and calendar planning.
  • Organize office workflows in your area, handle calls on the phone, and prepare presentations and meetings. What We're Looking For
  • A team player who welcomes new challenges and approaches work with energy and commitment.
  • Ideally some professional experience as an assistant in a law or tax advisory firm, or in a consulting/audit environment.
  • Very good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, and enjoyment of diverse secretarial tasks.
  • Very good German and English language skills in speaking and writing.
  • Conscientious, detail oriented, good time management, and ability to work under pressure while staying professional.
  • Self motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks by relevance and communicate respectfully and effectively at all levels. Nice to Have
  • Ideally already have experience as an assistant in a law or tax advisor firm or in an accounting/audit firm. Compensation & Benefits
