About the Role Executive Legal Secretary (m/w/d) in Berlin supporting a busy team of attorneys at Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP. The role involves preparing and formatting documents, handling bilingual correspondence, and managing administrative tasks and office operations for the legal team. What You'll Do

  • Independently support a team of lawyers and act as a competent point of contact in the professional area.
  • Create, edit, and format documents and handle correspondence in German or English.
  • Perform advanced administrative tasks, such as mandate management, invoice creation, travel expense reimbursement, and travel and calendar planning.
  • Organize office workflows in your area, handle phone calls professionally, and prepare presentations and meetings. What We're Looking For
  • A team player who welcomes new challenges with strong engagement.
  • Ideally prior experience as an assistant in a law or tax firm, in a professional services firm, or in a Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft; experience at an audit firm is a plus.
  • Very good PC skills, especially Microsoft Office applications, and enjoyment of diverse secretarial work.
  • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
  • Diligent, detail-oriented, good time management, and professional under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks by relevance.
