Roles & Responsibilities for Surveyor / Stacker:
- Local candidate preferred with knowledge of the local real-estate market
- Basic fluency in english along with computer knowledge for filing data and extract reports from softwares
- Responsible for gathering supply (leasing inventory) across the domains given.
- Responsible for meeting investors and getting their inventory for lease
- Responsible for meeting developers for their new /upcoming projects in the city for leasing
- Responsbile for gathering basic market intelligence about the movement going on in market
- Should be filling the data procured from the market in the company prescribed list /database
- Should be filling the company softwares with data for generating reports
- Should be having good rapport with leasing heads/ developer agents / individual investors for their inventories
