The role involves guiding corporate strategy, governance, and operational execution for a global software and communications company. What You'll Do
- Lead and shape company strategy and performance in collaboration with the Board and senior leadership.
- Oversee global operations, product, sales, marketing, legal, and finance functions to execute strategic priorities.
- Represent the company to investors, regulators, and external stakeholders; ensure regulatory compliance and ethical governance.
- Foster a high-performance culture, talent development, and organizational capability across regions. What We're Looking For
- Proven senior leadership experience in software, technology, or telecommunications; track record of driving growth and profitability.
- Strong strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and fiduciary responsibility.
- Experience in corporate governance, risk management, and investor relations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, global organizations and navigate regulatory environments. Nice to Have
- Prior CEO/CFO/COO experience or executive leadership at scale; experience in M&A and strategic partnerships.
- Background in engineering or technical disciplines paired with business education.
