Executive Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, motivate and develop the BOH team
- Effectively manage food and labor costs, full financial responsibility
- Maintain the highest standards for health and sanitation
- Be able to execute a high level of food quality in a high-volume environment
Executive Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- At least 4+ years as an Executive Kitchen Manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
- Should have strong corporate restaurant systems experience
- Excellent communication skills and strong leadership ability
- Experience with $8M sales volume or higher
- Experience with new restaurant openings a plus!
- Strong financial skillset, ability to run highly efficient BOH operations
